Create a subdomain

What is a subdomain and how to create one?

You can create a subdomain to your already existing domain. It will work as a separate website, but you will not have to register a new domain. Replace the WWW with the desired one (for example forum.domain.com (where domain.com is the name of your domain), etc.).

To create a new subdomain, take the following steps.​

1. Pieslēdzieties cPanel, izmantojot saiti http://domens.lv:2083 (kur domens.lv ir Jūsu domēna vārds).
2. Dodieties uz sadaļu Domains un noklikšķiniet uz Subdomains.
3. Izvēlieties domēnu, kuram izveidot apakšdomēnu.
4. Laukā Subdomain ierakstiet vēlamo apakšdomēna vārdu.
5. Click in the field Document Root and it will be automatically filled.
6. Click Create to create a subdomain.

Lai izdzēstu apakšdomēnu, rīkojieties šādi.

1. Pieslēdzieties cPanel un noklikšķiniet uz Subdomains.
2. Apakšsadaļā Modify a Subdomain pretī izveidotajam apakšdomēnam noklikšķiniet uz Remove.
