How can I delete my Hosting account ?

  1. Log in Client area uz https://payments.hostnet.lv/crm
  2. Choose section Services

  3. Click on desired service, that you would like to delete.

  4. Click on " Management Actions" -> " Request Cancellation "

  5. Next write the reason why you want to delete hosting plan and choose " Immediate " or " End of Billing period "
  • Ja Jūs izvēlēsieties " Neatliekams ", tad Jūsu konts cPanelī tiks dzēsts nekavējoties un informāciju nevarēs atjaunot.
  • Ja izvēlēsieties : " Apmaksas perioda beigas ", tad Jūsu konts cPanelī tiks dzēsts pēc apmaksas perioda beigām un informāciju nevarēs atjaunot.

  • Beigās spiediet uz "Attiekties no pakalpojuma"
