How can I delete my Hosting account ?

  1. Log in Client area uz https://payments.hostnet.lv/crm
  2. Choose section Services

  3. Click on desired service, that you would like to delete.

  4. Click on " Management Actions" -> " Request Cancellation "

  5. Next write the reason why you want to delete hosting plan and choose " Immediate " or " End of Billing period "


  • If you choose " Immediate ", then hosting account will be removed immediate and information can not be restored.
  • If you choose : " End of billing period ", then your hosting account and cPanel will be deleted after the end of the payment period and information can not be restored.

  • At the end click on "Request Cancellation"
