How to enable SPAM filter?
- Log in to cPanel using the link http://domain.com:2083 (where domain.com is your domain name).
- If you can not find your approach to cPanel, then Log in to Client area using the link https://payments.hostnet.lv/crm
- After logging in, find the section Services
- Select the service
- Click Connect to cPanel
- After logging in, find the Email section and click Spam Filters.
- Then you have to enable Process New Emails and Mark them as Spam: and Move New Spam to a Separate Folder (Spam Box):.
- To add additional email addresses to Blacklist click on: Show Additional Configurations.
- In section Blacklist (Emails Never Allowed) You have to click on Edit Spam Blacklist Settings.
- Click on Add A New "blacklist from" Item, to add new email addresses to Blacklist.
- In blacklist_from area insert email addresses for Blacklist.
- Click on Update Blacklist (blecklist_from) , to update blacklist.
