How can I delete my Hosting account ?
- Log in Client area uz https://payments.hostnet.lv/crm
- Choose section Services
- Click on desired service, that you would like to delete.
- Click on " Management Actions" -> " Request Cancellation "
- Next write the reason why you want to delete hosting plan and choose " Immediate " or " End of Billing period "
- If you choose " Immediate ", then hosting account will be removed immediate and information can not be restored.
- If you choose : " End of billing period ", then your hosting account and cPanel will be deleted after the end of the payment period and information can not be restored.
- At the end click on "Request Cancellation"
