When attempting to connect to the cPanel / Webmail, I get an error message

If you cannot connect to your account, please follow these steps:​

  • make sure that the indicated user name and e-mail address is correct;
    • when connecting to the administration panel, you need to enter a user name that you received **when you created the account;

when connecting to Webmail, you must indicate the full e-mail address;

  • make sure that the indicated password is correct – we are suggesting you to copy your password to avoid the mistakes in it;​
    • make sure that copying the password you did not copied the space;
    • make sure that Caps Lock key is turned off when you are typing your pasword;
  • check whether your hosting account is not closed;
  • check if you can open the homepage.
