**pieslēdzoties administrēšanas panelim, Jums jāievada lietotājvārds, kuru saņēmāt, kad izveidojāt kontu;
**pieslēdzoties Webmail, Jums jānorāda pilna e-pasta adrese;
*pārliecinieties, ka parole ir norādīta pareizi – mēs iesakām paroli kopēt, lai izvairītos no kļūdām tajā;
**pārliecinieties, vai, kopējot paroli, klāt nav iekopējusies atstarpe;
**pārliecinieties, ka, rakstot paroli, nav ieslēgts Caps Lock taustiņš;
*pārbaudiet, vai Jūsu hostinga konts nav slēgts;
*pārbaudiet, vai izdodas atvērt mājaslapu.
