When attempting to connect to the cPanel / Webmail, I get an error message
If you cannot connect to your account, please follow these steps:
- make sure that the indicated user name and e-mail address is correct;
- when connecting to the administration panel, you need to enter a user name that you received **when you created the account;
when connecting to Webmail, you must indicate the full e-mail address;
- make sure that the indicated password is correct – we are suggesting you to copy your password to avoid the mistakes in it;
- make sure that copying the password you did not copied the space;
- make sure that Caps Lock key is turned off when you are typing your pasword;
- check whether your hosting account is not closed;
- check if you can open the homepage.
If it seems that all of mentioned above is in order, please contact the tech support of SIA Hostnet by writing to support@hostnet.lv or make a request from your Client Area.
