How to add A and MX records to the domain?

You must do the following:

To create the A record:

  • In the domain register, or in any other domain managing service, you should indicate A record to the IP address which is indicated in the letter that you received when created the account (server IP address).

To create the MX record:

  • You have to create a record/subdomain (for example, mail.domain.com) and it should be indicated to the Server IP address which is indicated in the letter that you received when created the account (server IP address).
  • You have to create an MX record, giving it the same title the created A record/ subdomain has (for example, mail.domain.com).
